In addition, to deficiencies stated at remarks section above, HEI is requested for the following:

Verification of the list of Proposed Programmes and Duration:

i. To verify the list of proposed programmes(s) in the table above along with their proposed duration. Any discrepancy in the same may be brought to the notice of UGC-DEB.

The University has carefully verified the list of proposed programmes(s) and their respective durations as per the application. We would like to confirm that no discrepancies have been found.

ii. HEI has applied for BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (COMBINATION OF 3 SUBJECTS) (GENERAL) and BACHELOR OF ARTS (COMBINATION OF 3

SUBJECTS) (GENERAL) programmes but in PPR and SLM programme name is BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (BIOLOGY) and BACHELOR OF ARTS.

HEI may clarify.

However, due to a typographical error, the Programmes name in the PPR and SLM was incorrectly mentioned as “Bachelor of Science (Biology).” and “Bachelor of Arts”. We confirm that the entire content and structure in both PPR and SLM pertains to the correct programme name (Combination of 3 Subjects), and updated the name accordingly.

iii. Documentary proof regarding maximum student intake for Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Applications and Master of Computer Applications programmes is to be submitted.

Documentary proof regarding maximum student intake for BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA (Approved Annexure of the 24th Academic Council) is attached.
